Tours des Souhaits et leurs bénévoles ne seront pas responsable pour aucuns feux, vols, vandalismes ou autres dommages possibles durant l’événement. Tous photos et vidéos prit par Tours des Souhaits seront propriétés exclusives du promoteur de Tour des Souhaits, et non des propriétaires des véhicules. Tours des Souhaits et les membres des comités se réservent le droit d’expulser des participants du site pour les raisons de conduite indésirables en relation aux termes et règlements de l’événement Tour des Souhaits.

Rides for Wishes and its volunteers will not be held responsible or liable for any damages resulting directly or in-directly related to the event. All pictures and videos taken during the day of the event will remain the sole property and the rights of the promoter of Rides for Wishes, and not that of the owner of the vehicles. Rides for Wishes and its committee members reserves the rights to expel any show participant from the grounds for improper conduct, behaviour and or relating to the terms and rules of the event. The drivers and owner of the described vehicles above understand that they will be providing rides to the public on Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve at no charge to the public or to the event promoter.
